So, our loan company got back to us today about extending past Dec. 23rd. Now we have until Feb. 18th (Little Builder #1's birthday) to get this house done. This comes at NO CHARGE!!! What super news! What a great birthday present for the little man! Now we can have a party for him! If we can't get the house done by then though, the extension will cost us.
More great news--- the plumber is at the house TODAY and the insulator is on his way there too! If all goes well, it will be inspected by Friday and the sheetrock can start going up next week! Ikea, here we come! Kitchen and bathrooms will be ordered this weekend.
I sure hope Tita and Papa are reading because they are going to be our only hope this weekend!! What would we do without the best babysitters in the world?
