Looks like the plumbers were there at lunch, moved most of the pipes, were going back out to get another part for the guest bathroom and should be ready for Builder Dad to come back and install the kitchen and bathrooms. The outside plumbing also passed inspection, so we should be seeing the dirt go back into the holes, some forms being put up for the driveway, and some toilets going in soon! Yipee! The cleaners were out again cleaning more stuff... I guess there is a lot of work to do! The floors look great... although we did notice another deep cut in the concrete from the framers (they sawed through the floor protector and into the concrete... um... there's a reason we have a protector on the floor... ummmm... to protect it). Anyway, we are getting black tile and black grout in the bath areas (you may notice more soap scum but you won't notice the moldy grout! woo hoo!!). Here is a picture of a broken piece of the tile we'll be using. Also, so pics from the concrete vs. saw mishap.
5pm update- Builder called, said sheetrock will be done tomorrow (behind cabinets where plumbing was moved), plumbers scheduled for Friday, AC and front yard work tomorrow as well.
We need to fit the bathroom tile in there before the plumbers are back!!
